- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 外周縁に切断用ダイヤモンドセグメントを配
設したブレード基板の側面に、アルミナの溶射層
を設けた乾式切断用ブレード。 ２ 請求項１の記載において、溶射層をブレード
の最大限度より外周側に３０〜５０mm、中心側に
１０〜２０mmにて同心円状に設けた乾式切断用ブ
レード。 ３ 請求項１又は２の記載において、溶射層の厚
みを５０〜１００μｍにした乾式切断用ブレード
。
