[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a flooring material to be laid on the floor surface of a room or a hallway, and particularly to a non-slip flooring material that can be easily laid down on a slippery floor surface.

(Prior Art) Conventional flooring materials have used polyethylene foam as a backing layer. When installing this type of flooring on a slippery floor, the flooring should be attached to the floor using adhesive or adhesive tape to prevent the flooring from slipping and shifting. It was a hassle to do so. In addition, with the spread of office equipment in recent years, cords for office equipment are often installed on the floors of various offices, but these cords can be laid under the flooring to prevent the interior from becoming cluttered. In this case, the above-mentioned conventional flooring materials had the disadvantage that the surface of the area where the cords were laid rose up, making it difficult to walk on.

(Problem to be solved by this invention) The problem to be solved by this invention is that it can be easily installed on a slippery floor surface without using adhesive or adhesive tape in a non-slip state.
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a non-slip flooring material that can minimize the fatigue of pedestrians affected by the quality of the tread pressure feeling and whose surface does not bulge even when a cord is laid.

(Means for solving the problem) A means for solving the above problem is to add 30 to 30 to 100 parts of dioctyl phthalate (DOP) to 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to the backing layer made of styrene butadiene rubber foam. The upper layer is laminated with a semi-rigid synthetic resin containing 100 parts.

(Function) According to the above means, the SBR foam forming the backing layer exhibits good adhesion to the floor surface. This adhesion will further increase when a person walks on the non-slip flooring material. In addition, the backing layer made of SBR foam exhibits elasticity, and the upper layer made of semi-rigid synthetic resin that exhibits moderate hardness supplements the elasticity of the backing layer and prevents excessive deformation. Due to the synergistic effect with the prevention, a good feeling of stepping pressure can be obtained, and fatigue during walking can be kept to a minimum.
Furthermore, when the cord is laid, the backing layer in the area where the cord is laid is easily elastically compressed by the weight of the non-slip flooring itself, making it difficult for the surface to bulge.

Backing layer 1 must be SBR foam,
The lower surface 11 is desirably a smooth surface with low surface roughness. Due to the characteristics of SBR foam, the higher the surface smoothness, the more slippery the floor will be.
In other words, it has good adhesion to a floor surface that is smooth enough to be used in practical use without the need for flooring, such as a highly smooth floor surface that a vacuum suction cup can firmly adhere to for a long period of time. This is because it increases.

The upper layer 2 is made by sandwiching an intermediate layer 22 made of glass fiber nonwoven fabric or other material that does not easily expand and contract under heat in a sandwich-like manner between two sheets 21 and 23 made of semi-rigid synthetic resin, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVO). It is made by layering three parts. Of course, the upper layer may be composed only of semi-hard PVO, etc., but the total thickness of the upper layer needs to be about 1 to 3 mm, and if an intermediate layer 22 that is difficult to shrink due to heat is interposed as shown in the example shown, This action has the advantage of reducing the amount of expansion and contraction of the non-slip flooring due to temperature changes. This advantage becomes even more remarkable when the above-mentioned backing layer 1 firmly adheres to the floor surface.

In such a non-slip flooring material, simply by laying it on a slippery floor surface, the backing layer 1 firmly adheres to the floor surface without using adhesive or adhesive tape, and no misalignment will occur. . The above-mentioned non-slip flooring exhibits this non-slip function due to its own weight, but when walking or exercising on it, as shown in Figure 2, the upper layer 2 is The force F applied to one point on the surface is dispersed and spread by the upper layer 2 as shown by the arrow f in the figure, and the force is applied to a wide range on the backing layer 1, so the above-mentioned non-slip function is further enhanced. . This effect is achieved well because the upper layer 2 includes a sheet 21 (see FIG. 1) made of a semi-hard synthetic resin. Therefore, it can be easily and reliably installed not only in places where people mainly walk, such as offices, but also in places where vigorous exercise is performed, such as gymnasiums. In addition, since the backing layer 1 is made of highly elastic SBR foam, even if cords for office equipment are laid down, the backing layer in that area will be elastically compressed and deformed by the weight of the non-slip flooring itself, causing the surface to There is almost no excitement.

Furthermore, since the sheets 21 and 23 of the upper layer 2 are made of semi-hard synthetic resin and have strong "stiffness", the "stiffness" of the elasticity of the backing layer 1 is complemented by this. Therefore, even when the backing layer 1 has relatively hard elasticity, and even when it has soft elasticity, the elasticity is given a suitable "waist" to prevent excessive depression during walking. Not only is the upper layer 2, which has been submerged, immediately restored to its original state by the elastic restoring force of the backing layer 1. This gives pedestrians a sense of appropriate cushioning, and provides a good treading feeling that does not make the pedestrian feel tired.

That is, unvulcanized SBR emulsion is supplied to the back side of the upper layer that is continuously fed out with the back side up, and the thickness of this is controlled using a roll coater or a bar coater to form a layer of SBR foam. The thickness at this time is preferably about 2.0 to 5.0 mm.

Next, the SBR foam layer is introduced into a heating furnace and vulcanized at 120° C. for 10 to 15 minutes to form a backing layer. According to this method, an endless long non-slip flooring material can be easily manufactured.

The expansion ratio of the SBR foam that forms the backing layer is 1.5
~4 times is desirable. If it is smaller than 1.5 times, it will cause a bulge on the surface of the upper layer when the cord is laid, and if it is larger than 4 times, it will lack elasticity and cushioning when walking, resulting in a situation where your feet are caught. You get tired easily.

A PVC sheet can be suitably used as the upper layer sheet. In that case, 30 to 100 parts of DOP as a plasticizer is added to 100 parts of PVC. If the DOP is less than 30 parts, it will be too hard and unsuitable as the upper layer of the flooring material, and if it exceeds 100 parts, it will be too soft and the necessary "waist"
strength will no longer be obtained. Additionally, if necessary, add calcium carbonate in an amount of 200 parts or less. Calcium carbonate helps to adjust the hardness of the PVC sheet and give it the appropriate feeling of pressure, and in the case of DOP 100 parts, calcium carbonate must be added to prevent it from becoming too soft.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, in addition to being able to provide a non-slip flooring material that can be laid on slippery floors without using adhesives or adhesives, it also provides an excellent feeling of pressure when walking, and can be used with cords. It becomes possible to provide non-slip flooring that does not bulge even when laid.
