Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原料物質を収容する有底筒体で上体に鍔部
    を有するるつぼと、るつぼの周囲にあつてるつぼ
    内の原料物質を加熱するためのヒータと、高融点
    金属の同心円筒体でありヒータの周囲に設けられ
    ヒータの輻射熱を反射しるつぼの鍔部を支持する
    複数の反射板と、高融点金属の円板であつてヒー
    タの下方に設けられヒータの輻射熱を反射する複
    数の反射板と、反射板の外周によつて固定される
    つぼ鍔部を押さえるキヤツプを有する分子線セル
    において、高融点金属の円環状体であつてるつぼ
    鍔部とキヤツプとの間に設けられヒータの輻射熱
    を反射する複数の反射板を有する事を特徴とする
    分子線セル。 (2) ヒータがるつぼの上方に於いては巻線密度
    が高く発熱量が多く下方に於いては巻線密度が低
    く発熱量が少なくなつている事を特徴とする請求
    項(1)記載の分子線セル。
