以下、本発明を、実施例および比較例によりさらに詳細
に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではな

実施例1〜6、比較例1.2
300人犀のAuをスパッタした50μ厚のポリイミド

このフィルムを、5%水酸化ナトリウム溶液(室温)に

なお、すべての成膜には交番直交磁場中めっきを行なっ

直流磁場を得た。 そして、これをめっき中に位置を変

容易軸方向は、6000eで困難軸方向は、3000、

また、実施例1と同一の条件で、めっき中に陽極として
TiPt陽極を用い、0.5A/dがで直流電解を併用

さらに実施例4と同様の条件下で、交流電解を行なった

とマイナスの電解を50m5の時間ずつ印加したもので

測定には、それぞれ、段差計、VSM、光てこ法、8の

〈発明の効果〉
本発明によれば、きわめて良好な軟磁気特性を示し、大
面積に亘って成膜しても膜の均一性が高く、量産性の高

に記載の軟磁性薄膜。 (6)前記めっき浴は、ジメチルアミンボランを含有す
る請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の軟磁性薄膜。 (7)前記めっき浴は、アンモニア源を0.1モル/l
