た。(b) Prior art and its drawbacks In a conventional capacitor assembly (hereinafter referred to as a capacitor array), as shown in Fig. 4, a common electrode 2 is formed on one side of a single plate 1, which is a dielectric substrate, and a common electrode 2 is formed on the other side. A plurality of individual electrodes 3 are formed to form respective capacitances, and a single plate 1 is formed at one end of the individual electrodes 3.
It had a structure in which a tulip-shaped terminal 4 that held the terminal 4 was attached and an exterior coating was applied. However, in such a structure, the capacitance value is determined by the overlapping area of the individual electrodes 3 and the common electrode 2 and the dielectric constant of the dielectric material, and is limited to a maximum of around 0.01 μF. Furthermore, a tulip-shaped terminal that can hold the veneer 1 is used as the terminal 4,
Furthermore, in order to prevent short-circuiting between the individual electrodes 3 and the common electrode 2 due to the tulip-shaped terminal, it is necessary to form the common electrode 2 into an L-shape as shown in the figure. Among them, there was a drawback that stray capacitance was generated in the region not facing the common electrode 2 (corresponding to region P in FIG. 4).

It is an object of the present invention to provide a capacitor assembly which can thereby reduce stray capacitance and obtain a large capacitance value at the same time.

さくできる利点がある。 By configuring as above, this idea
A structure in which a sheet-like ceramic dielectric material on which a common electrode is formed and a sheet-like ceramic dielectric material on which individual electrodes are formed are alternately combined in layers and integrated by sintering to form terminal electrodes on the end faces. Furthermore, unlike the conventional capacitor assembly shown in FIG. 4, there is no need to make the common electrode L-shaped. In other words, in a capacitor assembly with the above structure,
When integrated by sintering, the electrode is exposed only on the end face, so a terminal of any shape can be attached regardless of the shape and size of the common electrode. Moreover, since the length of each individual electrode in the extraction electrode direction is set to a size that fits within the area of the common electrode, the area that does not face the common electrode among the areas where adjacent individual electrodes face is significantly reduced. Therefore, the stray capacitance generated between the individual electrodes can be significantly reduced. Furthermore, by setting the width of the lead-out electrode of each individual electrode to be smaller than the width of the individual electrode itself, there is an advantage that even if stray capacitance occurs between the lead-out electrodes of the individual electrodes, its value can be made very small.

Reference numerals 1 and 12 indicate a common electrode and individual electrodes, respectively. The capacitor array has the above common electrode 1 on one side.
A plurality of sheet-shaped ceramic dielectric materials 1 formed thereon and a plurality of sheet-like dielectric materials formed with a plurality of individual electrodes 12 on one side are alternately combined in layers and integrated by sintering, and terminal electrodes are further formed on the end surfaces. It is composed by forming. At least one pair of dielectric bodies 10 on which electrodes are formed is sufficient.

The common electrode 11 includes a common electrode main body 11a and common extraction electrodes 11b formed at both front and rear ends of the left end thereof.
It is made up of. The length t2 of the individual electrode bodies 12a is set to be slightly smaller than the length t1 of the common electrode body 11a, and the length of each individual electrode body 12a in the extraction electrode direction is set to be within the area of the common electrode body 11a. It's summery. Furthermore, the individual lead-out electrode 12b is about 1/4 of the width of the individual electrode main body 12a.
It is set to ~1/3 the size. The width of this individual lead-out electrode 12b is preferably as small as possible, but it is sufficient if it is at least smaller than the width of the individual electrode main body 12a.

レイ全体の静電容量値は極めて大きくなる。 By configuring the individual electrodes and the common electrode as described above, the area between adjacent individual electrodes that does not face the common electrode 11 is only the area Q shown by diagonal lines in the figure. The opposing regions of adjacent common electrode bodies are all in a positional relationship that completely opposes the common electrode 11 . That is, since the area Q in the figure is the only part that forms stray capacitance, the value of the stray capacitance becomes extremely small. Furthermore, since the capacitor array is constructed by combining a plurality of sheet-like ceramic dielectric materials on which a common electrode is formed and a plurality of sheet-like ceramic dielectric materials on which individual electrodes are formed in an alternating layer, the capacitor array The capacitance value of the entire array becomes extremely large.

レイはiに示す回路構成となる。 FIGS. 2A and 2B are diagrams each illustrating a method of manufacturing the capacitor array. In FIG. 2A, a indicates a sheet-shaped ceramic dielectric (green sheet) before sintering. A common electrode 21 made of metal such as Pt or Pd is coated on one side of this green sheet in the shape shown in FIG.
2 is applied in the shape shown in FIG. A plurality of green sheets 20 coated with the common electrode 21 are prepared, and a plurality of green sheets 20 coated with the individual electrodes 22 are prepared, and these are combined in layers. g indicates the state at this time. Subsequently, this array is sintered and integrated, and terminal electrodes 23 as external electrodes are applied to the positions of the common electrode and individual electrodes exposed on the end face, and then sintered. Ag or the like is used as the external electrode. In this embodiment, as shown in b, a common electrode 21 is used in which a common extraction electrode extends to both the front and rear ends of the left end. Therefore, the completed capacitor array has the circuit configuration shown in i.

The capacitor array 26 on which the terminal electrodes 23 are formed becomes a capacitor array with terminals by attaching terminals 24 previously formed on the hoop material 25 to each terminal electrode 23. In this example, a tulip-shaped terminal having a shape to sandwich both ends of the capacitor array 26 is used as the terminal 24. The terminal 24 and the terminal electrode 23 are sintered by soldering. After the terminal 24 is attached, the hoop material 25 is cut along the line L to complete the attachment of the terminal.
