Description

部材に係わり、特に潤滑条件の苛酷な境界潤滑状態にお
いて、従来品に比して良好な耐摩耗性を示す複合摺動部
材に関するものである。

本発明摺動部材では、銅合金中にNi−B化合物を含有
させたため、従来の青銅、鉛青銅、黒鉛含有青銅等の焼
結合金に比して耐摩耗性が良好である。

- (1)鋼板製裏金と、該裏金の一方の面上に一体に設け
られた焼結銅合金層から成り、該焼結銅合金の組成が、
Sn:1〜15%、Ni−B:1〜20%、P:1%以
下、Cu:残部(数字はいずれも重量%)であることを

きが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の
いずれか1項に記載された焼結銅合金層を有する摺動部
