具備するとともに、変速に際し上記主変速機およ
び副変速機の歯車選択手段を操作する変速操作手
段を具備した手動変速装置において、 上記副変速機の変則操作手段を操作するための
カム溝が形成された第1円筒体を、軸方向へは固
定側に対して移動不能に且つ回転方向には支持軸
と一体的に回転可能に支持軸上に配設するととも
に、 上記主変速機の変速操作手段を選択的に操作し
て所望の変速段を形成するため軸方向に複数の溝
部を有するカム溝が形成された第2円筒体を、上
記支持軸と一体的に回転し且つ一体的に軸方向へ
移動が可能に上記支持軸上に配設し、 上記第1円筒体に形成されたカム溝に上記副変
速機の変速操作手段を移動可能に係合させるとと
もに、上記第2円筒体に形成されたカム溝に上記
主変速機の変速操作手段を移動可能に係合させ、 一本の変速レバーのセレクト操作で、上記支持
軸を第2円筒体とともに軸方向に移動させて、主
変速の変速操作手段をカム溝の係合させるべき特
定の溝部にセレクトさせ、上記変速レバーのシフ
ト操作で、上記支持軸を第1円筒体および第2円
筒体とともに回転させることによつて、主変速機
および副変速機の変速操作手段を動作させて、該
主変速機および副変速機の所定の歯車選択手段の
同期噛合動作をおこなわせるよう構成したことを
