(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
第5図に示すような内面エツジ34が直角状の

例えば、医療用バツグの内部に血液保存液、
輸液、生理食塩水等の液体を封入して運搬する際
に、これらの液体が漏出する原因となつていた。
血液を採取して遠心分離処理する際、遠心力に
耐えきれず、破裂する原因にもなつていた。そこ
で本考案者は以上の問題点を解決するために鋭意
検討を重ねた結果次の考案に到達した。

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本考案は、2枚の合成樹脂製のシートを重ね合
せて押圧し、該シート押圧部を溶融し溶着するこ
とにより、袋状に形成される医療用バツグを製造
するための金型であつて、シート押圧部の内面エ
ツジを斜面としかつ該斜面に凹凸を形成した医療
用バツグを提供するものである。

第1図は本考案の医療用バツグの製造金型1の
概略図で、表面に医療用バツグ15(第4図参
照)の型2が形成されている。3は本体16(第

第3図は本考案の金型1を用いた医療用バツグ
の製造方法を示す概略図である。医療用バツグは
シート8a,8bをシート押圧部4と表面に医療
用バツグ15の型2を形成した金型1とシート押

りクランプして形成するものである。

以上の金型1,10によりシート8a,8bを
溶着する時には第2図に示すように、シート8
a,8bを押圧する際、シート8a,8bの構成
材料である溶融樹脂は、押圧された箇所から徐々
に斜面6方向へ移動しながら溶着されるので内面
への急激な樹脂の突出がなくなる。また溶着後も
クラツクが生じることがない。

(考案の効果)
以上説明したように本考案は内面エツジ5を斜
面6としかつ該斜面6に凹凸7を形成することに
より、 医療用バツグの内面にバリが発生せず残血、
血液の凝固等が生じない。

- 2枚の合成樹脂製のシートを重ね合せて押圧
し、該シート押圧部を溶融し溶着することによ
り、袋状に形成される医療用バツグを製造するた
めの金型であつて、シート押圧部の内面エツジを
斜面としかつ該斜面に凹凸を形成したことを特徴
とする医療用バツグの製造金型。
