    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザダイオードを励起光源に用いたＬ
    Ｄ励起固体レーザ発振器において、半導体レーザ
    ダイオードの発信波長を検出するための分光検出
    手段と、この分光検出手段の信号により半導体レ
    ーザダイオードの温度を制御する冷却制御回路を
    有することを特徴とするＬＤ励起固体レーザ発振
    器。
