Claims (1)
- 笠形状部を有して対物レンズを保持するボビン
を、このボビンに対して光軸直交方向に圧縮空気
を吹付ける空気軸受によりハウジングに対して弾
性的に保持し、前記ボビンをムービングコイル型
駆動装置により光軸方向に変位駆動させるように
したレンズアクチユエータにおいて、前記ボビン
の笠形状部下面に対して圧縮空気を直接吹付ける
上方向圧縮空気路を形成し、この笠形状部下面の
空気吹付け部に空気溜り用の溝を形成したことを
特徴とするレンズアクチユエータ。
