In other words, these decorative formworks 41a to 41f of various sizes are constructed by forming a concave-convex pattern layer made of foamed resin on a substrate, and are assembled planarly (see Fig. 9) to form large-sized A formwork is formed, and as shown in FIG. 10, the large formwork 42 and the side formwork 46 are placed face-to-face, and the side openings and bottom openings are closed with a plate or the like. , concrete material is poured through the upper opening. 43 is a substrate, 44 is a concavo-convex pattern layer made of foamed resin, and 47 is a plate material. The concrete material is then cured. As a result, the uneven pattern formed on the surface of the large decorative formwork 42 is transferred to the surface of the concrete 45. In this method, each decorative formwork 4
By making the sizes of 1a to 41f different, the decorative molds 41a to 41f are prevented from shifting when assembled.

Furthermore, there are many types of decorative molds 41a to 41f, and each type of decorative mold 41
Since the required number of sheets a to 41f is also different, it becomes difficult to manage the storage of decorative forms. Such problems become more serious as the area of the large formwork increases.

Using a plurality of decorative molds of substantially the same size and shape, each of which is provided with a concavo-convex fitting portion that fits directly with the concave-convex fitting portion or through a fitting member, a certain decorative mold , and the adjacent decorative formwork, by repeatedly fitting the concave-convex fitting portions of the decorative formwork directly or through a fitting member, thereby assembling a plurality of decorative formworks in a two-dimensional manner to create a large-sized decorative formwork. A formwork is formed, concrete material is poured using the surface of this large formwork as a contact surface with the concrete surface, and the uneven pattern expressed on the surface of the large formwork is transferred to the concrete surface. The first gist is the pattern formation method, in which an uneven pattern is formed on the surface,
A second gist is a decorative formwork in which at least one opposing end edge and the other end edge are provided with an uneven fitting part that fits into an uneven fitting part of an edge of an adjacent decorative form; A third aspect of the present invention is a decorative formwork having an uneven pattern formed on its surface and a recess for fitting a fitting member formed in the center of at least one end edge and the other end edge facing each other.

By repeating this process, a plurality of decorative molds are assembled in a plane to form a large mold. In this case, since each of the decorative forms has substantially the same size and shape, mistakes in assembly do not occur when assembling them, and storage management is also facilitated.

When making a large formwork, as shown in Figure 3,
The above decorative formworks 1 and 2 are combined alternately and in parallel, and gaps are created between adjacent decorative formworks 1 and 2 (a gap formed between two concave portions and a gap formed at the four corners). The fitting members 3a to 3d are fitted into the holes. That is,
Edge 1a or 1b of decorative formwork 1 and edge 2 of decorative formwork 2
a or 2b, the fitting member 3c is fitted into the gap formed between the adjacent edges, and the edge IC or 1d of the decorative formwork 1 and the edge 2c or 2b of the decorative formwork 2 are connected. 2d
When these are adjacent to each other, the fitting member 3a is fitted into the gap formed between the adjacent edges, and the edge 1a or 1b of the decorative formwork 1 and the edge 2c or 2d of the decorative formwork 2 are connected. When adjacent, and when the edge 1c or 1d of the decorative formwork 1 and the edge 2a or 2b of the decorative formwork 2 are adjacent to each other, the fitting member 3b fits into the gap formed between the adjacent edges. inserted. Furthermore, fitting members 3d are fitted into gaps formed at the four corners 15 of the four decorative forms 1.2. In this way, a large formwork is formed by combining the plurality of decorative formworks 1゜2 and fitting members 3a to 3d, and then concrete material is poured by a conventionally known method to form a concrete surface. Large, forming a pattern.
