In this method, as the makeup form, as shown in FIGS. 8 (a) to (f), makeup forms 41a to 41f of various sizes are used. That is, these large and small decorative mold frames 41a to 41f are formed by forming a concavo-convex pattern layer made of foam resin on a substrate, and by assembling these in a plane (see FIG. 9), a large-sized frame is formed. As shown in the figure, this large formwork 42 and the lateral side formwork 46,
It is arranged in a state of facing the front, the side opening and the bottom opening are closed with a plate material, and the concrete material is poured from the upper opening. 43 is a substrate, 44 is an uneven pattern layer made of foam resin,
47 is a plate material. Then, the concrete material is cured. As a result, the concavo-convex pattern formed on the surface of the large decorative mold 42 is transferred to the surface of the concrete 45.
In this method, the sizes of the makeup frames 41a to 41f are made different to prevent the makeup frames 41a to 41f from being displaced when assembled.

Further, since there are many types of makeup molds 41a to 41f and the required number of various makeup molds 41a to 41f are different, storage management of the makeup molds becomes difficult. Such problems increase as the area of the large mold increases.

By repeating fitting the respective concave-convex fitting parts directly or via the fitting member, a plurality of decorative molds are assembled in a plane to form a large mold frame. The first point is a pattern forming method in which a concrete material is cast by using the surface of the formwork as a contact surface with the concrete surface and the uneven pattern expressed on the surface of the large formwork is transferred to the concrete surface. The fitting member used when combining is shown. The decorative molds 1 and 2 are formed by forming uneven patterns layers 1'and 2'made of foam resin on a wood-based plywood (not shown). Formed the same. The shape and dimensions of both decorative molds 1 and 2 will be described in detail. Both makeup molds 1, 2
In both cases, concave portions 11, 12, 13 and 14 are formed in the center of each side (each end edge) of a substantially square decorative formwork, and four corners 15 are obliquely cut out. Then, the recesses 11, 12, 1
All of 3, 14 have the same width, and the depths are the same in the recesses 11 and 12 and the recesses 13 and 14 of the adjacent edges, and the recess 13 ( 14) is deeper. Further, the four corners 15 of both the decorative molds 1 and 2 are all isosceles triangles with the same shape of the cut-out portions. Next, the fitting members 3a, 3b, 3c have concave portions 11, 12, 13, 14 whose width is
Is the same as the width of. Further, the length of the fitting member 3a is the recess 13
This is equivalent to twice the depth of (14), and the length of the fitting member 3b is a recess.
This corresponds to the sum of the depth of the recess 11 (12) and the depth of the recess 13 (14), and the length of the fitting member 3c corresponds to twice the depth of the recess 11 (12). Further, the fitting member 3d has a square shape,
The size is formed by combining four of the cutout portions of the corners 15 of 1 and 2.

To do. That is, when the edge 1a or 1b of the decorative formwork 1 and the edge 2a or 2b of the decorative formwork 2 are adjacent to each other, the fitting member 3c is inserted into the gap formed in the adjacent edge, When the edge 1c or 1d of the decorative formwork 1 and the edge 2c or 2d of the decorative formwork 2 are adjacent to each other, the fitting member 3a is inserted into the gap formed in the adjacent edge to make up the makeup mold. When the edge 1a or 1b of the frame 1 and the edge 2c or 2d of the decorative form 2 are adjacent to each other, and the edge 1c or 1d of the decorative form 1 and the edge 2a or 2b of the decorative form 2 are adjacent to each other When doing so, the fitting member 3b is fitted and inserted into the gap formed at the adjacent edge. Further, fitting members 3d are inserted into the gaps formed at the four corners 15 of the four decorative form frames 1 and 2. In this way, by combining a plurality of decorative molds 1 and 2 and the fitting members 3a to 3d,
After forming a large mold, a concrete material is poured by a conventionally known method to form a large pattern on the concrete surface.
