Claims (1)
- 磁気近接スイツチ１５のスイツチ本体１７表面
に係合部１８が形成されているとともに、係合部
１８と線対称となるスイツチ本体１７表面に弾性
体１９が固着され、シリンダ本体１１の外周面に
操作用溝１３が形成されているとともに、操作用
溝１３よりシリンダ本体１１内周側に操作用溝１
３より幅が広く磁気近接スイツチ１５を圧入可能
なスイツチ取付用溝１４が形成され、スイツチ取
付用溝１４の壁面にスイツチ本体１７表面の係合
部１８と係合可能な係合部１６が形成され、スイ
ツチ取付用溝１４内に圧入された磁気近接スイツ
チ１５が弾性体１９の弾発力を受けてスイツチ本
体１７表面の係合部１８とスイツチ取付用溝１４
の係合部１６との係合によりシリンダ本体１１に
固定されてなる磁気近接スイツチ付きシリンダ。
