【産業上の利用分野】本発明は半導体装置に関し、特に
樹脂封止型の半導体装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の半導体装置は、図２に示す様に、
樹脂部１３には意図的な凹部は有しない形状をしている
。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】この従来の半導体装置
では、プリント基板に実装する場合等において、その設
置位置を定める時は、樹脂部上部をつかんで、位置を定
める必要があり、その位置の基準もあいまいで、設置位
置精度が容易に向上せず、設置後の位置を容易に保たれ
ないという様な問題点があった。
【０００４】本発明の目的は、設置後の位置定めを容易
にできる樹脂封止型半導体装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の樹脂封止型半導
体装置は、設置の基準となりその位置を固定する為の穴
あるいは凹部を半導体装置の樹脂部に備えている。

【実施例】次に本発明について図面を参照して説明する
。図１は本発明の一実施例の半導体装置の縦断面図及び
底面図である。
【０００７】樹脂封止型半導体装置はリードフレーム１
と半導体チップ２を封止した樹脂部３で構成されている
。この樹脂部３の底面部に凹部として、複数個の丸穴４
を有している。
【０００８】この穴は丸穴である必要はなく、四角等の
形状でもよい。又、穴の数は複数個あれば数は限定され
ない。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明は、樹脂部底
面に凹部を有しているので、これを利用して設置の位置
定めを容易にでき、その位置が不用意に移動しない様に
できるという効果を有する。
