    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子パツケージの放熱板の部分を基板に
    押え付けて当該半導体素子を基板に固定するため
    の取付器であつて、前記放熱板を押え付ける押え
    部と前記基板に固定する固定部とを一体に有する
    プラスチツク成形品からなり、前記押え部におけ
    る前記放熱板と接する側に温度センサを内蔵し、
    この温度センサの端子またはリード線を外表面に
    導出したことを特徴とする半導体素子の測温用取
    付器。
