    の製品番号を出力する書込み手段と、 前記記録媒体に記憶された製品番号を読取る読
    取り手段と、 前記製品１台毎の仕様を管理する生産計画手段
    と全作業工程の作業手順を入力する作業手順入力
    手段とが接続され、前記読取り手段によつて読取
    られた記録媒体からの製品番号に基づいて各作業
    工程における作業指示情報を出力する作業指示手
    段と、 前記作業指示手段からの作業指示情報を各作業
    工程毎に表示する表示手段と、 前記表示手段に表示された作業の終了後、作業
    者によつて操作され表示手段の作業指示内容を次
    の作業指示内容に切替える作業完了入力手段と、 を具備したことを特徴とする作業指示装置。
