- 内枠により中央空間を形成するリング状洗浄槽
に超音波発振器を配置すると共に前記内枠内の中
央空間に洗浄液を補給するノズルを洗浄液がパネ
ル内面と蛍光膜に向けて放液されるよう配置した
ことを特徴とするパネル用洗浄装置。
