る。(Prior Art) It is known that a hydrogel is used as an electrode for clinical medicine, a conductive adhesive for clinical medicine, or a drug carrier, and there are many examples of its use. When hydrogels are used for such purposes, products using hydrogels themselves have low rigidity, so it is often pointed out that they are difficult to hold or easily break. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, it has been carried out to strengthen the hydrogel product by enclosing tricots or the like inside it. It is also known to sandwich and hold hydrogel products between polyester films or the like in order to preserve them in good condition until use.

For example, reinforcing tricots may be encapsulated in the center of a hydrogel product. Hydrogel products usually have a thickness of 2 to 3 mm and are obtained by polymerizing a mixture containing monomers of the desired composition, but it is not possible to encapsulate a reinforcing agent in the center of such a thin layer. It's not always easy. Furthermore, since many of these hydrogel products are used for purposes in which they come into contact with human skin, it is undesirable if a portion of the encapsulated reinforcing material is exposed, as this may cause discomfort during use.

商業的生産の隘路となつている。 In order to obtain such hydrogel products economically,
There is a method to obtain a hydrogel product by first obtaining a large hydrogel with a protective sheet and then cutting it into the desired product size, but there is a big difference in the physical properties of the hydrogel and the protective sheet. However, it is difficult to achieve a consistent sharpness because the ingredients contained in the hydrogel often stain the cutting machine blade.
It has become a bottleneck for commercial production.

It is composed of a hydrous gel layer 2 internally reinforced with a nonwoven fabric, and the above 1 and 1' are the hydrogel layer 2.
This laminate is characterized in that it has a portion 3 that is not in contact with the hydrogel layer 2 over the entire circumference.

It is necessary that the outer layers 1 and 1' be water repellent. This is important for stably preserving the hydrogel layer 2.
Furthermore, the fact that the outer layers 1 and 1' are water repellent is advantageous in producing the laminate of the present invention. There is no particular restriction on the water-repellent film or paper as long as it is water-repellent in itself, but preferred examples include films made of fluorine-containing resins, synthetic resins such as silicone-treated polyester, or silicone coatings. It's paper. These have excellent storage stability of the hydrogel layer 2 and ease of handling during use. Such films do not necessarily have to be of the same type, and the type and thickness can be selected depending on the intended use of the laminate.

There are no restrictions on the material of the nonwoven fabric, but rayon, polyvinyl alcohol,
Preference is given to polyester, polyamide or polypropylene. These nonwoven fabrics preferably have a basis weight of 10 to 40 g/m 2 . If the purpose is less than 10 g/m 2 , the internal reinforcement effect will be poor, and if the area weight exceeds 40 g/m 2 , the hydrous gel layer will not work on itself. This is not preferable because the required properties, ie, electrical conductivity, signal conductivity, or amount of drug supported, are not sufficient.

This means that in the second equation, when the contact area between 2 and 1 is A, and the contact area between 2 and 1' is B, A≠B (in this case, A<B). And this means that outer layer 1
Alternatively, when 1' is peeled off from the hydrogel layer 2, a certain surface can be selectively exposed first, which is advantageous in use.

The portion 3 serves as a suitable grip for peeling off the outer layers 1 and 1' from the hydrogel layer 2 during use, and
When commercially producing the laminate of the present invention, it is advantageous because cutting can be carried out efficiently.

Five pieces of nonwoven fabric were lined up with an interval of 10 mm between each piece, and four pieces of nonwoven fabric made of the same material punched into circles with a diameter of 30 mm were lined up so that the distance between the centers was 40 mm. When 2.2 g of raw material A liquid was dropped onto a rectangular nonwoven fabric measuring 35 mm x 50 mm, and 0.9 g of raw material liquid A was dropped onto a circular nonwoven fabric 30 mm in diameter, the liquids flowed and formed into the shape of each nonwoven fabric. It spread and stabilized.
In some cases, the position of the nonwoven fabric moved with the liquid, but when the nonwoven fabric was lightly held down with a glass rod and moved, the liquid moved along with the nonwoven fabric, and it was possible to return it to the desired position.

In this way, the inside was reinforced with non-woven fabric 35
There were 5 mm x 50 mm gels sandwiched between 40 mm x 60 mm rectangular silicone-treated polyester films, and 4 circular gels 30 mm in diameter were lined up between the rectangular silicone-treated films. I got something. In all cases, the planar shape of the hydrogel composite was almost the same as that of the nonwoven fabric, and the nonwoven fabric was hardly exposed on either the upper or lower surfaces and had good adhesiveness and cohesion. Moreover, the cross-sectional shape was the shape shown in FIG.

られる。 In addition, by holding the upper and lower films of a stack of four circular gel composites and peeling them off, it can be easily peeled off, and all four hydrogel composites remain on the same film. Ivy. This is presumed to be because the contact area between the film and the hydrogel composite is different on the upper and lower surfaces, and the adhesive strength is different on the top and bottom surfaces. These four hydrogel composites are simultaneously attached to other electrode surfaces, etc. It makes it possible to transcribe. As described above, the present invention has the remarkable effect that it is easy to peel when used, easy to cut during manufacturing, and can be easily manufactured into rectangular, circular, and other complex shapes. .
