単独運転時に単独系統の電力負荷をタービン発電
機の出力指令として出力する電力負荷監視モニタ
と、前記系統単独運転検出モニタから単独運転検
出信号を受けたときにタービン制御装置への出力
指令を他の上位制御装置からの指令から前記電力
負荷監視モニタの出力に瞬時に切り替える出力指
令選択機構とから成るタービン発電機の系統単独
