As shown in FIG. 8, a reinforcing body 3 made of a foam molded product such as urethane foam and having a rectangular cross section is arranged in a space 2 formed between adjacent spring coils 1.
Furthermore, the upper and lower surfaces of the reinforcing body 3 were sandwiched between the upper and lower surfaces of the coil spring 1.

In order to solve the above problem, if a reinforcing body is sandwiched with the aim of achieving a preset effect, the internal stress is still working even when the pinerest is not in use, so the coil spring is likely to collapse, and the creeping property of the reinforcing body As stress relaxation progressed, there was a fear that the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing body would gradually decrease.
Furthermore, if the reinforcing body is clamped without aiming at the preset effect, there is a drawback that the above-mentioned drawbacks in the low load range cannot be overcome.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The technical means taken in the present invention to solve the above technical problem is that the pitch recesses of the coil springs are formed in the space formed between the adjacent coil springs. This is because a reinforcing body is provided with engaging protrusions formed on both sides.

In other words, the coil spring is compressed by the load applied to the pine restraint device, and due to the compression of the coil spring, each convex portion of the reinforcing body is also compressed accordingly, and a sufficient reinforcing effect can be obtained even against small deformation of the coil spring. It becomes a high-performance pine tress device.

A reinforcing body 21 made of a foamed elastic material such as urethane is provided in this space 20 . Wave portions 22 are formed on both sides of the reinforcing body 21 so as to follow the pitch shape of the coil spring 13, and the reinforcing body 21 is sandwiched between the coil springs 13, 13.

It is compressed integrally with 3. As a result, even if the load applied to the coil spring 13 is small, the effect of the reinforcing body 21 is sufficiently exhibited, resulting in a mattress device with much higher performance than the mattress device shown in the prior art. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, even if the pitch of the coil spring 13 is different, by changing the shape of the wave portion 22, it can be made to follow the shape of the coil spring 13, thereby preventing lateral vibration of the coil spring. Buckling of the reinforcing body can be prevented, and the reinforcing effect can be sufficiently increased. still,
As shown in FIG. 5, the reinforcing body 21 may not be provided over the entirety of the mattress device 10, but may be provided only at the position where the greatest load is applied, that is, the position where the waist of the human body comes into contact, as shown in FIG. By increasing the length of the pine stress 10 in the longitudinal direction, only a portion of the pine stress can be reinforced, or by dividing the reinforcing body 21 at the center of the pine stress device 10 in the lateral direction as shown in FIG. This has the effect that when two people use a double bed, the vibrations of the other person are not transmitted to each other, and even when two people with different weights use the reinforcing body 2.
1 to the desired firmness, each person can sleep in a very comfortable position.

In the present invention, a reinforcing body having protrusions formed on both sides that engage with the pitch recesses of the coil springs is placed in the space formed between two adjacent coil springs to construct a mattress device. In response to a load, all of the corrugated parts of the reinforcing body are compressed in response to the compression of the coil spring, and a sufficient reinforcing effect can be obtained.Furthermore, in response to a large load, the entire reinforcing body is compressed by the coil spring. Since it is compressed in response to compression, a sufficient reinforcing effect can be obtained, and a high-performance pine stress device can be obtained. Furthermore, when compressed, the convex portion is held between the coil springs, so that the reinforcing body does not buckle during compression, and lateral shaking can be prevented. Furthermore,
Since the contact area between the convex part and the coil spring is large, the frictional force is large, and the vibration damping performance of the coil spring can be greatly improved.
