Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 圧力流体の供給ポート、出力ポート、これら
のポートを連通させる流路中の弁座を設けた弁本
体と、上記弁座を開閉する弁体とを有する弁部、
及び上記弁体を駆動させる変位部材と、該変位部
材で区画された出力ポートの流体がフイードバツ
クされるフイードバツク室と受圧室とを有する調
圧部を備え、フイードバツク室と受圧室とにおけ
る作用力の大小により変位部材を変位させる減圧
弁において、 上記弁座を調圧部に向けて開口し、 上記調圧部に、受圧室に信号流体を供給するた
めの信号ポートを設け、 上記フイードバツク室に変位部材のバイアスス
プリングを縮設した、 ことを特徴とする減圧弁。 ２ バイアススプリングを受圧室に縮設した、こ
