As shown in Fig. 1, the pipe support has a plurality of pin holes 2 penetrating through an insert pipe 1 that supports a formwork, etc., and a vertically extending pin hole 2 penetrating the upper part of a waist pipe 3 into which the insert pipe 1 is inserted. Adjustment screw 5 with adjustment hole 4 provided
An adjustment pedestal 6 is provided which is screwed onto the adjustment screw 5, and a structure is adopted in which the insertion tube 1 is supported on this adjustment pedestal 6 by a support pin 7 inserted through the adjustment hole 4 and the pin hole 2. It is well known that this is true.

That is, the height can be coarsely adjusted by selecting the pin hole 2 through which the support pin 7 is inserted, and finely adjusted by rotating the adjustment base 6. Note that 8 is a receiving plate provided at the upper end of the insertion tube, and 9 is a base plate provided at the lower end of the waist tube.

By the way, the above-mentioned load test of the pipe support is carried out by measuring the maximum usable length of the pipe support, that is, the center of the receiving plate 8 and the base plate 9 with the insertion pipe 1 moved up the most, and the pressure applied by the pressure testing machine. This is done by aligning the center of the pressure plate and applying a buckling load, and then measuring the load value until failure occurs. However, if you observe the process from the beginning of applying the load to failure, it is clear that the buckling load is applied to the center of the pressure plate to a certain extent. In the case, insert pipe 1 and waist pipe 3
The tube receives the load in a straight tube shape, but as the load increases, the tube begins to support the load in a dogleg shape, rapidly deteriorating its load-bearing performance, and eventually bending significantly. was confirmed. In this regard, conventionally, a pipe support has been provided in which a protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the lumbar tube in the overlapping range of the lumbar tube and the lumbar tube, which is moved upward and fixed during use (Utility Model Opening 58- No. 186062), especially in relatively long pipe supports, the waist tube is long, so the flexibility is still not satisfactory. Therefore, there has been a particular desire to improve the load-bearing performance of the lumbar tube itself.

Therefore, as mentioned above, the purpose of this invention was to create an extremely strong lumbar tube as a whole, which is an important component in improving the load-bearing performance of the entire pipe support, that is, to increase the buckling resistance. The object of the present invention is to provide a pipe support that has suitable load-bearing performance not only for normal sizes but also for relatively long pipe supports.

The pipe support according to this invention consists of a pipe material with a plurality of ribs extending in parallel in the longitudinal direction to the lower end of the waist pipe 10 at the lower part of the adjustment screw of the waist pipe. The ribs are formed by rolling over the entire circumference of the pipe at the same time as the pipe is formed, and the insert tube is also rolled with multiple ribs extending in the longitudinal direction in parallel over the entire circumference, and the pins of the insert tube are rolled. A hole is formed on a convex surface. A specific embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG.

Reference numeral 10 in the figure indicates this type of waist tube, in which a plurality of ribs 12 continuously extend in parallel in the longitudinal direction up to the lower end of the waist tube 10 at the lower part of the adjustment screw 11. It is formed over the circumference. Note that 12a is the convex surface of the rib, and 13
is concave.

This waist tube 10 has a diameter of a normal type.
A pipe material having a size design of 62 mm is used, and the ribs are rolled and formed at the same time as the pipe is formed, and the outermost diameter, that is, the diameter at the convex surface 12a of the rib is 68 mm. That is, a rib-forming protrusion is provided on the outer periphery of a pipe-forming rolling roll, and when a plate material is roll-formed into a pipe shape, the ribs are formed at the same time. Note that the waist tube 10 is obtained by welding the adjusting screw 11 to a pipe material formed by this method.

Of course, it is also conceivable to form this kind of waist tube integrally from the beginning without adopting this welding method. For example, when forming a pipe, ribs are formed leaving a non-ribbed portion of the adjusting screw, and then the adjusting screw is rolled in this processed portion.

By the way, the dimension between the convex surface 12a and the concave surface 13 of the rib may be specified as appropriate depending on the design such as the pipe thickness, but it is desirable to adjust the dimension so that the buckling stress becomes large. Further, the number of ribs to be formed may be appropriately selected, but it is preferable to form a large number of ribs.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the insert pipe 14 is provided with ribs substantially similar to the waist pipe 10, particularly from the viewpoint of dramatically improving the buckling strength of the entire pipe support.

In the case of this embodiment, the pin hole 15 is bored in the convex surface 16, and the pin hole 15 is formed in the convex surface 16 of the lumbar canal inner wall 10a and the convex surface 16 of the rib.
The support pins 7 are inserted in a state in which they are in contact with each other, and this ensures an even load on the support pins 7, resulting in better load resistance.

As mentioned above, the pipe support according to this invention is
Since the waist tube is made of a pipe material in which a plurality of ribs extending in the longitudinal direction are formed by rolling over the entire circumferential surface of the pipe at the same time as the pipe forming,
The buckling strength of the lumbar tube in the axial direction has been dramatically increased compared to conventional ones. Furthermore, the insert tube has ribs formed by rolling it out in the same way, and pin holes are formed on the convex surface of the insert tube, so that further load resistance is imparted. Therefore, by using both the waist tube and the insertion tube, a significant improvement in the load-bearing performance of the support as a whole has been achieved. In particular, the longer the lumbar tube is, that is, the longer the pipe support is, the more useful it becomes.

Furthermore, since a pipe material with ribs formed by rolling is used, the outer surface of the waist pipe can be secured by the convex surface of the ribs by designing the dimensions of the pipe with a relatively small diameter. Alternatively, it is thin-walled and can ensure load-bearing performance equal to or higher than that of thick-walled normal-shaped pipes, which can greatly contribute to reducing material costs. In addition, since the rib itself uses pipe material formed at the same time as pipe forming, it is economical.
This provided a pipe support with extremely high practical value.
