(発明の目的、問題点の解決手段) 本発明は、前記のような問題点に対処するため
に開発されたものであつて、被加工管内に配設さ
れ、同被加工管の加工部内壁に半径方向の矯正圧
を加えるエキスパンダと該エキスパンダの矯正圧
加工と同時に、前記被加工管の外側から管曲り矯
正の曲げモーメントを加える管曲り矯正装置とを
具備した構成に特徴を有し、被加工管内にエキス
パンダを配置して加工部内壁に半径方向の矯正圧
を加えるとともに、管曲り矯正装置によつて被加
工管の外側から同時に管曲り矯正の曲げモーメン
トを加えることにより、前記半径方向の矯正圧と
前記管曲り矯正の曲げモーメントとによつて被加
工管の真円度とともに管曲りの両矯正性能を著し
く向上させることができ、かつ肉厚の調整も可能
となり前記のような従来の問題点を解消した管矯
正装置を供する点にある。

えることができるメカニカルエキスパンダに構成

径方向の矯正圧の低減も可能となり、さらに肉厚
の調整も可能であつて、管の矯正性能、信頼性が
著しく向上されている。

に管曲り矯正装置が前記加工部への曲げモーメン
ト負荷位置となり、メカニカルエキスパンダ10
によつて加工部内壁に半径方向の矯正圧を加える
ことができるとともに、位置調整用ジヤツキ24
および加圧シリンダ25により押えロール22に
図示下側への負荷W′を作用させることによつて、
被加工管aの加工時に管曲り矯正の曲げモーメン
トを加え、被加工管aと真円度と管曲りの矯正を
同時に行うことができる構成になつており、該実
施例の支持ロールおよび押えロールはそれぞれ1
個になつているが、第1図に示した実施例と同様
な作用効果を得ることができる。
