Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 内部がブロワーの吸引側に接続された中空の
    ブロワテーブルを設け、ブロワテーブルの天板に
    下面が開口しかつ上面に吸引口を有する多数の支
    持筒を上下方向に摺動可能に設け、ブロワテーブ
    ルの底板に各支持筒の下動時に支持筒の下端に当
    接して該支持筒の底面を閉塞する閉塞体を設け、
    各支持筒内に互いに摺動可能に嵌合するピストン
    とシリンダとを所定の隙間を保持して嵌合させる
    とともに、ピストンを支持筒の軸心部に垂下固定
    し、シリンダをブロワテーブルの底板に起立固定
    し、各シリンダをコンプレツサーに接続するとと
    もに、各シリンダとコンプレツサーとの接続路に
    電磁弁を設けたことを特徴とする端面加工用吸着
    ブロワテーブル。 ２ ブロワテーブルに各支持筒と並列する多数の
    第２シリンダを固定し、各第２シリンダに支持筒
    よりも高く突出し得る第２ピストンを上下方向に
    摺動可能に設け、各第２ピストンの上端部に接触
    体を回転自在に突出支持し、各第２シリンダを第
    ２電磁弁を介してコンプレツサーに接続したこと
    ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の端面加工用吸着
    ブロワテーブル。
