    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 油圧ポンプと油圧ポンプの吐出油により駆動さ
    れる油圧モータとをケースの内側に収装し、油圧
    ポンプと一体回転してタンクの作動油を油圧ポン
    プの吸込口に供給するチヤージポンプと、チヤー
    ジポンプの余剰吐出油をチヤージポンプの吸込側
    へ導く還流通路とを備えた流体トランスミツシヨ
    ンにおいて、前記還流通路を、所定以上のチヤー
    ジ圧で開いてチヤージポンプの吐出ポートの作動
    油をケース内側へ流入させるリリーフ弁と、ケー
    ス内側とチヤージポンプの吸込ポートとを連通す
    る通路とで構成したことを特徴とする流体トラン
    スミツシヨン。
