[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention relates to a rug that has piles on both the front and back sides and can be used on both the front and back sides by placing the pile with one side facing the front (top) as appropriate. It is something.

Regarding this type of rug that can be used on both sides, there is a method using tufting proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-13820 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-36027, which were advertised, or a method using tufting proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-36027.
There are some proposals such as No. 60-138477.

By the way, according to the method of Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-13820, the pile that is tufted first is pushed down by the backstitch of the pile that is tufted later, so it does not form a pile. For example, the tufted cut pile thread pieces simply penetrate the front and back sides of the base fabric, and have almost no strength to remove the threads and are easily worn off and come off very easily, making it difficult to put into practical use.

そして又、実開昭60−138477号は、単に2枚の

Furthermore, although Utility Model Application No. 60-138477 merely discloses a conventional means of sewing together two sheets of raw tufted pile fabric, such a conventional means can be applied to a rug as small as a bath mat. However, for large rugs with length and width dimensions of 1 m or more, the stitches become loose during the sewing process, making it difficult to finish the front and back sides neatly.

Therefore, in order to easily make a rug that can be used on both sides, an appropriate method is to bond two sheets of tufted pile fabric with an adhesive with the backstitch surfaces facing each other so as to back the secondary base fabric.

However, when one of two raw tufted pile fabrics is to be laminated to the back side of the other raw tufted pile fabric coated with an adhesive, as in the case of lining a secondary base fabric, these back sides Since the surface has a rough uneven surface with raised back stitches like a loop pile, it is impossible to bond firmly unless a large amount of adhesive is applied so that the concavities are filled and flattened. Since a large amount of adhesive is required, the manufacturing cost is relatively high.
In addition, there is another problem in that only hard, plate-shaped rugs that cannot be folded are obtained.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a flexible double-sided rug that can be folded by bonding two sheets of tufted pile fabric with an adhesive without causing such inconveniences.

The rug 19 according to the present invention achieves the above object, and is made of tufted pile fabric 11,
This is a rug 19 in which two sheets of 21 are pasted together using an adhesive 20 with their backstitched surfaces 12 and 22 facing each other, and the backstitched layers 12 and 2 of the tufted pile fabric raw fabrics 11 and 21 are attached to the bonded surfaces.
A nonwoven fabric 18 thinner than the thickness h of No. 2 is interposed, the adhesive 20 is impregnated into the inside of the nonwoven fabric 18, and these are integrated to form an adhesive layer 17;

Tufted pile fabric material to be laminated 11,
The adhesive 15 is applied to the pile 13 and the primary base fabric 14 to an extent that does not impair its flexibility, that is, to an extent that the recess 16 between the back stitches 12 and 22 is not completely filled. It may be coated with a so-called first coat of adhesive.

The adhesive 20 for bonding does not necessarily need to be applied to the entire surface of the raw tufted pile fabrics 11, 21, but may be applied to some parts, for example,
Linearly like sewing machine stitch 8 of No. 138477,
Alternatively, it may be applied in dots like a dot print.

What should be noted here is that when applying in a linear manner, the linear portion to which the adhesive 20 is attached is wider than the backstitch interval g of the tufted pile fabric raw fabrics 11, 21, that is, the tuft gauge g is 2.
When applying the adhesive 21 in a striped pattern with a width of more than twice the width, the adhesive 21 should be applied in a striped pattern with a width that is at least twice the width of the backstitch or tuft gauge g of the tufted pile fabric material 11, 21. It is important to apply the adhesive 20 to the extent that it oozes from one side of the nonwoven fabric 18 to the other side, and to support it on the nonwoven fabric 18 so that the adhesive 20 is applied to both tufted pile fabrics. It is preferable to apply the adhesive 20 to the original fabrics 11 and 21. By supporting the adhesive 20 on the nonwoven fabric 18 in this way, even when applying the adhesive 20 to the entire surface, the adhesive 20 can be applied to the backstitch 1.
The thickness t of the nonwoven fabric 18 can be adjusted to the thickness h of the backstitch layers 12 and 22 of the raw tufted pile fabrics 11 and 21 so that the concave portion 16 between the tuffed pile fabrics 11 and 22 is not filled up. An essential component of the present invention is to make it extremely thin as follows.

The adhesive 20 can be SBR or other latex, emulsion adhesive, etc. that are commonly used to back the secondary base fabric.

According to the present invention, two raw tufted pile fabrics 11, 21 are glued together via a thin nonwoven fabric 18, and the back stitches 12, 22, which are the bonding surfaces, have convex portions 23, 24 that Thin and soft non-woven fabric 1 instead of point bonding
8, the state of adhesion between the convex parts 23 and 24 is surface adhesion, and the overlapping convex parts 2
Since the fibers 25 of the nonwoven fabric 18 are intertwined and interposed in the adhesive 20 that bonds between the convex portions 23 and 24, the adhesive layer 17 is reinforced by the fibers 25 and does not cause intralayer peeling. 24, there is no delamination between the layers, and therefore the two upper and lower tufted pile fabric raw materials 11, 21 are firmly adhered, and the concave portion 16 between each back stitch 12, 22 is sealed with the adhesive 2.
The adhesive effect can be achieved without filling the adhesive 20 with zero, and therefore the cost of using the adhesive 20 is reduced, making it economical.
The recesses 16 in the backstitch layer that are not filled with zero and remain as voids make the space between the base fabrics 14, 14 of the tufted pile fabric raw fabrics 11, 21 flexible and exhibit a heat-insulating effect.
Rug 19 that is flexible and hard to peel off and is strongly bonded
can be obtained economically.

Furthermore, since the adhesive 20 is not directly applied to the raw tufted pile fabric, but is supported on the nonwoven fabric 18 and applied indirectly, the adhesive 20 is applied indirectly to the raw tufted pile fabric 11 and 21 using a mangle or a kiss roll when bonding. Even if you press the adhesive 20
It does not ooze out onto the pile surface.

As described above, according to the present invention, it has excellent heat retention and insulation properties,
A rug 19 that is flexible and easy to fold for packing and storage, and in which the front and back tufted pile fabric raw rolls 11 and 21 are firmly and neatly bonded together can be obtained economically, and the present invention is therefore extremely convenient and practical.
