- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 磁気抵抗効果を利用した再生用磁気ヘツドであ
つて、磁気抵抗効果膜および磁気バイアス用の電
流シヤント膜を磁気シールド材料ではさんだ構造
の磁気ヘツドにおいて、 磁気抵抗効果膜とシヤント膜とを分離する分離
膜、磁気抵抗効果膜およびシヤント膜とシールド
材とを分離する分離膜の少なくとも一方を、熱伝
導性良好かつ電気絶縁性良好な有機物薄膜で構成
することを特徴とする磁気抵抗効果型ヘツド。
