Claims (1)
- 圧電基板の一表面に形成したインタデイジタル
・トランスジユーサ電極によつて前記圧電基板表
面或はバルク内に励起する波動を利用する圧電振
動デバイス基板の電極が形成されない面を接着固
定する保持器の基板支持面に於いて、該支持面の
前記圧電振動デバイスの共振周波数を決定する電
極のほぼ中央部に相当する部分が当接する位置に
微小面積のランドとその周辺に接着剤を流入せし
める溝とを設けたことを特徴とする圧電デバイス
保持器の構造。
