Claims (1)
- 三角光路共通パス干渉計及び空間フイルタ検出
器を用いたフーリエ交換型の干渉分光器において
、前記空間フイルタ検出器は、受光部を上下２段
の受光素子を１素子分ずらしてアレイ状に配列し
たフオトダイオードアレイで構成したことを特徴
とするフーリエ変換型干渉分光器。
