原理説明用回路図、第３図は定電流素子の一例を
示す説明図、第４図は電圧検出器を組み込んだ測
定装置の一使用例を示す説明図、第５図は従来装
置の構成図、第６図は従来の電圧検出器における
入、出力電圧特性の説明図である。 図中、１０，１１は増幅器、１２は差動増幅器
、１５は電圧検出器、１６，１７は定電流素子、
Ｒ８，Ｒ９は抵抗である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定体に測定用電流を流し、その両端に発生
    する電圧をそれぞれ入力とする２つの増幅器と、
    同増幅器の各出力を一方及び他方の入力とする差
    動増幅器とを備え、同差動増幅器の出力により上
    記被測定体の両端間の電圧差を検出する電圧検出
    器において、 上記一方の増幅器の出力端とその正の電源電圧
    路間には、同正の電源路から上記増幅器の出力端
    へ電流を流入して所定の電圧降下を発生させる定
    電流素子と抵抗とが直列的に配設され、 上記他方の増幅器の出力端とその負の電源電圧
    路間には、同出力端から同負の電源路へ電流を送
    出して所定の電圧降下を発生させる抵抗と定電流
    素子とが直列的に配設されるとともに、 上記抵抗及び定電流素子の各共通接続点におけ
    る発生電圧をそれぞれ上記差動増幅器の一方及び
    他方の入力として加えその差の電圧を検出するこ
    とを特徴とする電圧検出器。
