- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 作業テーブルと、平面表示器とを有し、フオト
マスクフイルムの欠陥位置を指示する欠陥指示装
置であつて、 作業テーブルは、平面表示器を支持するもので
あり、 平面表示器は、上面にフオトマスクフイルムが
載置されるもので、外観検査装置で検査して得ら
れたフオトマスクフイルムの欠陥情報に基いて該
フオトマスクフイルムの欠陥位置を求め、上面に
載置されたフオトマスクフイルムの欠陥位置を発
光により指示するものであることを特徴とする欠
陥指示装置。
