し、1点鎖線で示すように非常救出扉4の内方より外れ
た位置において垂直状態に保持されるように構成されて
いる。

心として回動し、非常扉の内方より外れた位置に保持で
きるので、非常扉を内外何れからでも作動させることが
出来、しかも可動手摺を除去した状態で全開することが
出来、非常救出作業を安全かつ支障なく行なうことが出
来る効果がある。
