面図、第３図はヒユーズ部材の断面形状を異にす
る一部拡大断面図、第４図及び第５図は異なる実
施例の一部拡大断面図である。また、第６図はこ
の考案の過熱防止装置の一実施例を示した断面図
、第７図は第６図のＸ−Ｘ断面図、第８図は従来
例の断面図である。 １……長尺ヒユーズ部材、２……基材、３……
薄板材、４……絶縁材、５……燃焼室、６……熱
交換器、外胴ケーシング。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 導電性を有し予め設定された温度で溶断する
金属等からなる長尺ヒユーズ部材１を合成樹脂等
のシート状の絶縁基材２と絶縁薄板材３との間に
任意の形状をもつて各部均等に配置して該基材２
と薄板材３で一体的にパツクせしめたことを特徴
とする燃焼機器の熱検知シート。 長尺ヒユーズ部材１を一連の線状体とした請
求項１記載の燃焼機器の熱検知シート。 長尺ヒユーズ部材１を一連の帯状体とした請
求項１記載の燃焼機器の熱検知シート。 シート状の基材２をアルミ箔等の金属箔と絶
縁材とで構成した請求項１記載の燃焼機器の熱検
知シート。 シート状の基材２を絶縁塗膜４を有する金属
板とした請求項１記載の燃焼機器の熱検知シート
。 第１項記載の熱検知シートを燃焼機器の燃焼
室５と熱交換器６等の加熱部と外胴ケーシング７
との間に挿入設置し、該シートの長尺ヒユーズ部
材１を燃焼制御回路に組込んだことを特徴とする
過熱防止装置。
