Claims (1)
- シールランナとの間に流体圧が作用する軸方向
の隙間を設けたシールリング内周面にその高圧側
に位置して断面の半径方向幅が広い部分とその低
圧側に位置して断面の半径方向幅が狭い部分から
なる段差を有するセカンダリシール溝を設け、同
シール溝の全幅に亘つて相対するシールホルダ外
周面との間にシールリングやシールホルダ材より
弾性率が小さい弾性リングを設け、同弾性リング
の外周面と前記幅の広いシール溝の部分の内周面
との間にのみゴム材料のＯリングを設けたことを
特徴とする静圧型メカニカルシールのセカンダリ
シール。
