Claims (1)
- タンタル粉末を真空焼結して焼結体素子となし
、この焼結体素子の上に陽極酸化皮膜層、二酸化
マンガン層を順次形成して固体電解コンデンサと
なし、このコンデンサ素子の頂面部及び頂面部に
隣接する側面周面部の一部を除く、側面周面部並
びに底面部に金属粉体と熱硬化性樹脂とからなる
導電性ペースト層を形成し、この導電性ペースト
層の上にはんだ層を形成し、このはんだ層を除く
コンデンサ素子全面に絶縁樹脂層を形成し、コン
デンサ素子から導出する陽極リードにはんだ層を
接続形成して陽極層を形成したことを特徴とする
チツプ型固体電解コンデンサ。
