[Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to a container used for heating fluids in a microwave oven, in particular. [Prior Art and its Problems] When consommé soup or the like is placed in a container and heated in a microwave oven, local heating occurs, causing so-called bumping, and the contents may scatter outside the container. To prevent this, it is common to stir during heating, but areas where localized heating is likely to occur are also covered with something that reflects microwaves, such as aluminum foil. . Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 141330/1983 discloses a method in which the container is a double container and the outer container is covered with a microwave shielding material at a position corresponding to the top of the contents. These methods of covering with a material that shields microwaves require changing the shielding position every time the volume of the contents changes, and cannot be said to be a practical method. Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to provide a container that can be heated uniformly in a microwave oven and does not cause bumping, regardless of the capacity of the contents. [Means for Achieving the Object] In order to achieve the above object, in this invention, the side wall of the cylindrical container has a microwave transmitting part and a non-transmissive part dispersed moderately, and the non-transmissive part is at least It consists of circumferentially continuous zones, and a plurality of these zones are provided in the vertical direction of the side wall of the cylindrical container. [Function] Since the microwave transmitting part and non-transmissive part have side walls that are moderately dispersed, the heated part is dispersed, and the non-transparent part, that is, the non-heating part, which extends all around the circumference, makes the heated part part of the container. Since the side walls are divided in the vertical direction, large convection does not occur, only a large number of small convection occur, and therefore bumping does not occur. [Example] As shown in FIG. 1, a container 1 has a bottom wall 2 and a side wall 3, and has a cylindrical shape with an opening 6 provided on the top surface. The side wall 3 is provided with microwave transmitting portions 4 and non-transmissive portions 5 which are appropriately distributed. As shown in FIG. 2, this impermeable part 5 is a part in which a metal thin film layer 5' is laminated on a base material 4' made of a single or composite material such as synthetic resin, paper, glass, etc. The part without layer 5' is the microwave transmission part 4
becomes. Various patterns of the transparent part 4 and the non-transparent part 5 can be considered. A polka dot pattern as shown in FIG. 3 or a striped pattern as shown in FIG. 4 may be used, but as shown by the dashed line in FIG.
shall extend in at least a continuous band in the circumferential direction. In this case, the circumferential direction refers to the lateral direction of the container 1 regardless of its shape. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is inappropriate that the opaque portion 5 does not extend continuously in the circumferential direction. A plurality of the zones are provided in the vertical direction of the side wall 3 of the container. Note that the metal thin film layer 5' is formed by, for example, vapor deposition of a metal such as aluminum, bonding of an aluminum foil or the like, coating of a metal pigment, or the like. Moreover, this metal thin film layer 5' can be provided as an intermediate layer of the laminated material. Furthermore, a plastic film provided with a thin metal layer 5' can also be fixed to the peripheral wall of the container. Furthermore, it can also be provided on the peripheral wall of an outer container of similar shape. It is likewise possible to provide a metal thin film layer inserted into the middle layer of the double container. Next, more detailed examples and comparative examples will be described. Now, a circular cup-shaped polypropylene container with a content of 200 c.c. is equipped with a microwave-transmitting part with a polka dot pattern, a horizontal stripe pattern, a vertical stripe pattern, and a plaid pattern, respectively.
Let these be containers A, B, C, and D. Furthermore, the container whose entire side wall is opaque to microwaves is designated E, and the container whose side wall is transparent is designated F. Each container contains 180 c.c. of potage soup at a temperature of 20°C. Table 1 shows the results.

According to this invention, as described above, the side wall of the cylindrical container is formed with microwave transmitting parts and non-transmissive parts appropriately distributed, so that the microwaves in the microwave oven can be absorbed and reflected appropriately. However, the contents can be heated quickly without local heating, and a uniform and rapid heating effect can be achieved regardless of the amount of contents. Further, since the microwave-impermeable portion is continuous at least in the circumferential direction of the side wall and is provided in a plurality of zones in the vertical direction, convection due to heating can be precisely controlled, so bumping and the like do not occur.
