Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) インターデジタル電極とそれを挟む反射器
からなり、音響的に結合した複数の共振素子を配
置した圧電基板を、端子ピンが植設された基板に
搭載した表面弾性波多重モードフイルタにおいて
、表面弾性波共振素子のインターデジタル電極を
接続する導体パターンと、基板に植設された端子
ピンの少なくとも一つとが容量的に結合されたこ
とを特徴とする表面弾性波多重モードフイルタ。 (2) インターデジタル電極とそれを挟む反射器
からなり、音響的に結合した複数の共振素子を配
置した圧電基板を、端子ピンが植設された基板に
搭載した表面弾性波多重モードフイルタにおいて
、表面弾性波共振素子のインターデジタル電極を
接続する導体パターンと、基板に植設された端子
ピンの少なくとも一つとが容量的に結合され、そ
の端子ピンが配線基板に取りつけられたインピー
ダンス素子と接続されたことを特徴とする表面弾
性波多重モードフイルタ。 (3) 端子ピンと、端子ピンを取り囲む導体パタ
ーンとの間で容量が形成された請求項第１項また
