  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) インターデジタル電極とそれを挟む反射器
    から成り、音響的に結合した複数の共振素子を配
    置した圧電基板を、端子ピンが植設された基板に
    搭載した表面弾性波多重モードフイルタにおいて
    、入出力端子に接続される表面弾性波共振素子の
    インターデジタル電極以外のインターデジタル電
    極ののうち、近接して配置された二つのインター
    デジタル電極が、それぞれ別個の端子ピンに接続
    されたことを特徴とする表面弾性波多重モードフ
    イルタ。 (2) インターデジタル電極とそれを挟む反射器
    から成り、音響的に結合した複数の共振素子を配
    置した圧電基板を、端子ピンが植設された基板に
    搭載した表面弾性波多重モードフイルタにおいて
    、入出力端子に接続される表面弾性波共振素子の
    インターデジタル電極以外のインターデジタル電
    極ののうち、近接して配置された二つのインター
    デジタル電極が、それぞれ別個の端子ピンに接続
    されるとともに、二つの端子ピンがインピーダン
    ス素子と接続されたことを特徴とする表面弾性波
    多重モードフイルタ。
