- 負荷状態の電力ケーブルから基本波電圧の零ク
ロス点を検出する手段と、この零クロス点で試験
パルスを発生する試験パルス発生器と、この試験
パルスを前記零クロス点で電力ケーブルに印加す
る手段と、前記試験パルス発生器から電力ケーブ
ルに流れるパルス電流を積算するパルス電流積算
回路とを備えたことを特徴とする電力ケーブルの
絶縁試験装置。
