Claims (1)
- 電圧形のインバータの出力回路に接続される変
圧器又はリアクトルと、前記インバータの出力回
路の交流電流を計測する第１の変流器と、前記変
圧器又はリアクトルの出力側に接続されたコンデ
ンサと、このコンデンサに流れるコンデンサ電流
を検出する第２の変流器と、前記第１の変流器に
接続される電流制限制御回路と、前記コンデンサ
電流を制御する振幅基準回路に接続された正弦波
発生回路と、この正弦波発生回路の出力及び前記
コンデンサ電流を比較する電流比較回路と、この
電流比較回路の出力によつて前記インバータをパ
ルス幅を制御するＰＷＭ制御回路とからなる定電
圧定周波電源装置。
