回転塗布が得られず、回転ローラの場合にはコー
テイング剤のタンクから回転ローラまでコーテイ
ング剤を誘導する装置が複雑であり、ノズルの場
合にはその噴出口がコーテイング剤で詰まる等の
欠点があつた。

られるが、搬送コンベヤの速度にくらべて駆動ベ
ルトの速度を1:1.5〜1:2.5の範囲にとること
ができ、望ましくは、1:1.8〜1:2.2とするの
がよい。このように設定された搬送コンベヤと駆
動ベルトの速度と共に、固定ガイドの形状・材
質、テンシヨン装置8の調整により必要な容器の
回転移動を確保できる。

イング剤が容器外周面にすりこまれてゆく。この
ため、塗布ベルトの速度は容器の寸法と重量、搬
送速度、容器間隔、容器回転数、塗布ベルトの材
質、コーテイング剤の粘度等を考慮して定めると
よいが、経済性と実際の効果からみて容器間隔の
0.5以上数区画に当る幅の塗布ベルト面を回転す
る容器外周に接触せしめるのが好ましく、このた
めの塗布ベルトの速度を次式によつて設定すると
よい。

給された新しい塗布面が現われて新しい容器と接
触するため、経済的に効果よくコーテイング剤の
塗布を行なうことができる。
