For example, in the case of resistor A shown in Fig . 1, in the manufacturing process, caps a2 are fitted to both sides of an insulator a1 , and a coating film a3 is formed between the caps a2 on the outer periphery of the insulator a1.
Then, it is dried. In order to form a uniform coating film a3 on the outer circumference of resistor A during this coating and drying process, resistor A needs to be rotated while being transported. If resistor A is not rotated, the paint will drip as shown in Figure 2, resulting in a defective product. In addition, if transportation is stopped due to a supply problem, painting problem, etc.,
If left unattended, the paint will drip as described above, resulting in a defective product, so resistor A must be rotated during this time.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the conveyor plate 1 is formed into an endless shape from a flexible strip material such as thin stainless steel or spring steel.
Insertion holes 2 are arranged in rows at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. Each insertion hole 2 is formed narrowly at both sides located in the width direction of the carrier plate 1 so that the outer end of the cap a 2 of the resistor A can be inserted with a slight margin, and the middle part is formed wide. This makes it possible to prevent adhesion and staining of paint, which will be described later. Further, the width of the insertion hole 2 is formed to be approximately equal to the length of the resistor A, and the movement of the resistor A in the axial direction within the insertion hole 2 is restricted. The conveying plate 1 is supported by a pedestal 3 and is hung between a pair of pulleys 4 and 5 that constitute a reversing drive device. A belt 9 is hung between one pulley 4 and a pulley 8 on the output shaft 7 of the motor 6. The other pulley 5 is supported so as to be movable in a direction opposite to the pulley 4, and a connecting cable 10 connected to this pulley 5 is hung on a roller 11 supported by the pedestal 3, and a vertical lower end of the connecting cable 10 is suspended. A weight 12 is connected, and the tension of the conveying plate 1 can be adjusted by this weight 12. The pulley 4 is rotated by driving the motor 6, and the conveying plate 1 can be moved in the direction of the arrow. A guide rail 13 is arranged below the transfer side of the transfer plate 1 . The guide rail 13 has guide surfaces 14 on both sides thereof for guiding the movement of the outer end of the cap A 2 with the resistor A positioned in the insertion hole 2 of the carrier plate 1 . The vehicle is provided with a guide surface 15 that guides the travel of the vehicle. This guide rail 13 is supported by the pedestal 3 via a bearing 16 so as to be able to reciprocate in the conveying direction of the resistor A and in the opposite direction, and is reciprocated by a reciprocating device. As an example, a movable shaft 17 is supported on the lower side of the pedestal 3 in parallel with the guide rail 13 by a bearing 18 so as to be able to reciprocate in the axial direction, that is, in the same direction as the guide rail 13. A fixed shaft 20 is provided protruding from the lower side of the guide rail 13, and this fixed shaft 20 projects from a long hole 21 formed in the pedestal 3, and the projecting end is attached to a ring 22 fixed on the movable shaft 17.
is fitted into the hole 23 of the guide rail 13 and the movable shaft 1.
7 are linked so that they can reciprocate as one. A shaft 24 is fixed to the lower side of the ring 22.
4, one end of a horizontal shaft 25 is rotatably connected to the shaft 25, and a nut 26 is formed at the other end of the shaft 25. On the other hand, a motor 27 is supported on the pedestal 3.
A disc 29 is attached to the output shaft 28 of this motor 27. One end of a horizontal shaft 30 is rotatably connected to the outer periphery of the disc 29, and a nut 31 is formed at the other end of the shaft 30. Both ends of a screw shaft 32 are screwed into the nuts 26 and 31 so that the length can be adjusted. The motor 27 is set to be driven when the motor 6 stops driving. As a result, the rotation of the disk 29 by the drive of the motor 27 causes the shaft 30, the screw shaft 32, and the shaft 2 to rotate.
5 and the like, the movable shaft 17 and the guide rail 13 can be reciprocated in the conveying direction of the resistor A and in the opposite direction. Guide rail 1 in this case
The moving distance 3 is set so that the resistor A in the insertion hole 2 of the carrier plate 1 can be rotated one or more times when the carrier plate 1 is stopped. Furthermore, bearings 33 are supported by shafts 34 on both sides of the pedestal 3 as lateral vibration regulating devices that contact the side edges of the conveyor plate 1 at desired intervals and restrict lateral vibration.

are sequentially supplied to the insertion holes 2 of the traveling conveyor plate 1 by the rotation of the conveyor plate 1 . The outer end of the cap a 2 of the resistor A inserted into the insertion hole 2 of the carrier plate 1 is supported by the guide surface 14 of the guide rail 13 . As the transport plate 1 travels, the resistor A in the insertion hole 2 is pushed by the hole wall of the insertion hole 2 and is transported while rotating on the guide surface 14 of the guide rail 13. During this transfer, the outer periphery of the insulator a 1 of the resistor A is coated by the coating device 36 and dried in the drying oven 37 . At the end of the guide rail 13, the resistor A after drying falls into a receiving box (not shown) below, or is transported to another device using a conveying device (not shown) such as a chain. Furthermore, if the conveyor plate 1 stops due to a resistor supply problem, a painting problem, etc., the guide rail 13 is driven by the motor 27 and reciprocates in the conveyance direction and the opposite direction as described above, so that the resistor A is rolled. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the paint from dripping and obtain a substantially uniform coating film a3 as shown in FIG.

形成することができる等の利点がある。 As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the outer end of the cylindrical electronic component inserted into the insertion hole of the transport plate is placed on the guide rail, and the cylindrical electronic component is moved onto the guide rail by the movement of the transport plate. It can be transferred while rotating. Since the cylindrical electronic component is thus inserted and held in the insertion hole of the transport plate, the structure can be simplified and the cylindrical electronic component can be transported while being rotated smoothly and reliably. In addition, since the guide rail is reciprocated in the transport direction of the cylindrical electronic components and in the opposite direction, troubles in supplying the cylindrical electronic components can be avoided.
Even if the transport plate stops traveling due to a painting problem, the cylindrical electronic components inside the insertion hole can be rolled, which prevents the paint from dripping and forms a nearly uniform paint film. There are advantages.
