の予備発泡装置を説明するための説明図である。

あり、第２図は配管の長さを可変にした例を示す
要部断面図、第３図は曲がり管を用いた例を示す
要部説明図、第４図はオリフイス板を用いた例を
示す断面図、第５図は複数のオリフイス板を用い
た例を示す側面図、第６図は邪魔板を用いた例を
示す断面図、第７図は複数の邪魔板を用いた例を
示す側面断面図、第８図は抵抗体を用いた例を示
す断面図である。第９図は従来の常圧発泡槽を示
す説明図であり、第１０図は従来の加圧発泡槽を

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 攪拌装置を備えた密閉型の発泡槽と、該発
泡槽内に加熱媒体を吹き込む給気配管と、該発泡
槽内に吹き込まれた加熱媒体を排出する排気配管
とを備え、該発泡槽内に収納された所定量の発泡
性熱可塑性樹脂粒子を攪拌しつつ該発泡槽内に加
熱媒体を吹き込み、当該樹脂粒子を加熱膨張させ
て予備発泡させる予備発泡装置において、前記排
気配管を介して前記発泡槽を常時大気に開放させ
るとともに、排出気体に流出抵抗を生じさせる流
出抵抗手段を該排気配管に設け、該発泡槽内が正
圧に保たれるようにしたことを特徴とする発泡性
熱可塑性樹脂粒子の予備発泡装置。 (2) 前記流出抵抗手段として前記排気配管にお
ける配管抵抗又はオリフイス板、邪魔板若しくは
抵抗体などを用いたことを特徴とする発泡性熱可
塑性樹脂粒子の予備発泡装置。
