Claims (1)
- 所定の隙間をもつて一対のセラミツク製管状流
路が相対向して配置され、前記隙間にセラミツク
からなるシール材が介装されたシール装置におい
て、前記シール材は、布状に形成されたベース体
と、このベース体の一方の面に結合される複数の
繊維集合体とによつて構成され、前記ベース体の
他方の面を前記管状流路の一方のものに固着し、
前記繊維集合体のベース体と反対側の部位を前記
管状流路の他方のものに圧接させたことを特徴と
するシール装置。
