Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それぞれ片持支持され所要間隔をおいて平行に
    対向する一対のバイモルフ型圧電素子を備え、こ
    れら一対のバイモルフ型圧電素子は入力信号が共
    通に印加されることにより互いに変位が逆に生じ
    るように構成され、一方のバイモルフ型圧電素子
    の変位端で他方のバイモルフ型圧電素子の変位端
    と対向する面にノズルを設けると共にこのノズル
    に連通する空気圧回路を設け、他方のバイモルフ
    型圧電素子をフラツパとして機能させるようにし
    たことを特徴とするノズル・フラツパ機構。
