Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 支軸を中心に回動しうる下板と上板及び上
    板に間隔保持部材を介して設けた中板を備え、下
    板には中板及び上板を貫通するクラツチ軸を回動
    自在に設け、クラツチ軸外周には軸線方向に延び
    る切欠き面と凹凸段部を備え、上板のクラツチ軸
    貫通部にはクラツチ軸の凹凸部に噛み合うクラツ
    チ爪部を設け、クラツチ軸上に設けたカバーには
    クラツチ軸を回動するキーの外周と一致かつ外周
    に設けた突起部が出入可能な切欠部を有する孔を
    備えたことを特徴とするバインダークリツプ。 (2) 切欠部を有する孔はキーの回動によりクラ
    ツチ軸を回動しクラツチ爪部とクラツチ軸の凹凸
    段部とが合致している状態でキーの突起部とが合
    致する位置に設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)
    記載のバインダークリツプ。 (3) 上板の端部を下方に折曲して中板の端部に
    設けた挟持部材を被覆するように形成したことを
    特徴とする請求項(1)または(2)記載のバインダー
