The bottom part 4 of the spinning dope introduction hole was finished by electric discharge machining in order to remove the sagging of the outline caused by the irregular shape, tool marks, and small particles generated during hole machining.

Due to such reasons, the electrode tip does not wear out evenly,
As a result, the finished surface of the bottom 4 of the spinning dope introduction hole also became uneven, making it impossible to obtain a smooth finish.

ものである。(Structure of the Invention) The technical means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is that after forming an introduction hole and a discharge hole by cutting and plastic working, finishing the bottom of the spinning stock solution introduction part by electrical discharge machining, This method is characterized by polishing while rotating and swinging the discharge electrode, which has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the undiluted solution.

The resulting carbon is easily removed, the electrolyte becomes uniform, and the difference in rotational peripheral speed is eliminated, resulting in a smooth finished surface with no unevenness.

The bottom part 4 of the spinning dope introduction hole ++ is made of AgW and has an outer diameter of 11T.
LffI's electric discharge machining electrode 5 rotates at a rotation speed of 300 revolutions/minute, and the axis of rotation is oscillated with an eccentric cam of 0.5 m between centers.
Finishing was performed on the entire bottom of the spinning dope introduction hole with an electrical discharge machining time of 30 seconds per hole to obtain a melt spinning nozzle 6 having 24 holes.

ある。(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a spinneret of the present invention,
Since the electrode has an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the spinning stock solution introduction bottom, it can not only rotate but also oscillate, so carbon due to discharge is easily removed, the electrolyte is uniform, and differences in rotational peripheral speed are resolved. Therefore, since the spinneret has a spinning dope introduction bottom with a smooth finished surface without unevenness, the spinning dope flows smoothly during spinning, and has the excellent effect of obtaining fibers with good quality such as denier. It is something.
