Claims (1)
穿設し、このリード端子挿通孔にリード端子を挿
通するとともに、前記箱状体の底部を覆うように
絶縁材で前記リード端子を封着した気密端子にお
いて、前記箱状体の底部稜線に沿つて、抵抗熔接
用治具が当接するための切り欠きを設け、金属面
が露出するようにしたことを特徴とする気密端子
。 (2) 前記絶縁材はアルミナセラミツクまたはガ
ラス粉末に30重量%を越えるアルミナ粉末を混
合し焼成した高融点ガラスとコバール封着用ソー
ダガラス、鉄封着用ソーダガラス、または前記ガ
ラスにアルミナ粉末を30重量%以下混合し焼成
した低融点ガラスを積層したものであり、前記リ
ード端子は低融点ガラスで封着されていることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
気密端子。 (3) 前記気密端子の厚みは1.4mm以下である
