め、コンベヤ末端にコイルがあるときは運転不能
となつて、上流の機器の停止につながることにな
る。またコンベヤに積載されるコイルが多量であ
るため、多大の駆動力を必要とする欠点がある。

さらに前記搬送用コンベヤチエーンと無関係に運
転可能で前記台車の搬送開始位置に空台車を供給
する空台車供給装置を設けたことを特徴とするも
のである。

省略)が後述する空台車の軸1′に係合して、A
点ヨの位置まで空台車を押し送りし、待機状態と
する。待機中の空台車は、軸1′に後述するプツ
シヤドツグ10が係合し搬送用コンベヤチエーン
2によつて第1図の左方向へ搬送されていく。チ
エーン30は、第1図に示すように、一方のスプ
ロケツト31と右端部付近に設けられた他方のス
プロケツト(図示省略)とに掛け渡されている。
この空台車供給装置6は、搬送用コンベヤチエー
ン2の横に設置し、搬送用コンベヤチエーン2の
動きとは関係無く運転できるので、空台車供給の
為に搬送用コンベヤチエーン2を一時停止する必
要が無く、コイル搬送が一段とスムーズになり、
且つ搬送時間も短縮できる。
