Conventionally, the structure of this running road was paved with Alfa Alto or concrete along the running line, but with this structure, the paved road was relatively wide, exceeding the vehicle width of the above-mentioned transport vehicle. Therefore, there was a problem that the scenery of the lawn area deteriorated.

However, in the conventional structure described in this publication, only the rail unit is exposed from the lawn surface, so problems such as deterioration of the lawn landscape can be reduced. However, with this conventional structure, as time passes after construction, soil for turf cultivation or dead grass after lawn mowing tends to accumulate on the rails, which causes trouble for vehicles when running.

The track block structure for a lawn vehicle according to this invention includes a plurality of track members each having a large number of protrusions on the upper surface thereof, which are installed between adjacent sleepers so that the upper ends of the protrusions protrude from the lawn surface. Furthermore, the plurality of protrusions are configured such that their heights are sequentially increased from the center of the track material toward both left and right sides in a plane perpendicular to the running direction, and the heights of the plurality of protrusions are arranged so that the heights of the protrusions increase sequentially from the center of the track material toward both left and right sides. A plate-shaped wall member having approximately the same height as the height of the protrusion connecting both protrusions is provided integrally with the protrusions between adjacent protrusions in the protrusion row in the direction.

In this invention, a plurality of track members having a large number of protrusions on their upper surfaces are installed between adjacent sleepers so that the upper ends of the protrusions protrude from the grass ground surface, so that the grass does not fall within the track of the vehicle. Can be made into vegetation. In addition, the height of the protrusions on the track material increases from the center of the track material toward both left and right sides in a plane perpendicular to the running direction, so each wheel of a running vehicle automatically moves to each track. This allows the vehicle to travel in the center of the road, thereby preventing the wheels from coming off the road on slopes or curves.
Furthermore, a plate-like wall member having approximately the same height as the projections is provided integrally with the projections between adjacent projections in the row of projections in the vehicle width direction of the traveling vehicle, which are separated by a predetermined distance.
It is possible to prevent the part buried in the sloped land tilted in the running direction of the vehicle from becoming a waterway where surface water of the lawn concentrates, thereby preventing the soil surrounding the large number of protrusions from being washed away.

(1) First, a running line of the running vehicle is set, and the width of the running track of the running vehicle is about the same as the width of the vehicle, that is, the track block 5. A groove 17 is formed by peeling off the entire surface of the lawn 11a corresponding to approximately the same width and excavating the exposed soil of the roadbed shallowly to place the track block 5.
A is formed, and the depth of the roadbed of the groove 17a is regulated and compacted to form a foundation roadbed 17b (see FIGS. 7a and 7b).

A sleeper line that intersects at equal intervals is set, and the sleeper 7 is arranged along this sleeper line, and then the first and second rear sleepers are placed on the sleeper 7 along the travel trajectory of the rear and front wheels of the vehicle. The wheel raceway members 28a, 28b and the front wheel raceway member 9 are arranged (see FIGS. 7c and 7d).

If grass is pasted on the sections (FIG. 7f), the track materials 28a, 28b,
The protrusions 8c and 9c of 9 are exposed from the lawn (FIGS. 10 and 11), and in this way a running path 17 is formed along the running line.

Moreover, there is no need to cut the grass roots before burying the track materials and sleepers, and since the excavation depth of the track arrangement groove 17a is shallow, the amount of soil for backfilling is small.
The workability of burying sleeper timbers can be improved.

In addition, in this track block 5, since the sleepers 7 are arranged not only at both ends of the track members 28a, 28b, and 9 but also in the center, the wheel mounting portions 8a, 9a and reinforcing portions of the track members are made thinner. Moreover, since the sleeper wood 7 itself is thin, it is possible to significantly reduce the weight. Furthermore, each of the above-mentioned raceway materials 28a, 28
In cases b and 9, the protrusions 8c and 9c are gradually higher from the center toward both sides, so that the running path 17
It is possible to prevent wheels from coming off at sideways sloped sections and curved sections, and the ground contact area of the wheels is increased, thereby improving braking performance. Moreover, a wall member 8 having the same height as both protrusions is provided between predetermined adjacent protrusions.
Since the grooves e and 9e are formed, they act as a stopper for the soil to flow and prevent the soil on the track material from flowing away due to the water flowing on the surface of the lawn.

Since f and 9f have an oval shape, if the raceway material expands during high temperatures in summer, this expansion can be absorbed by the connection holes 8f and 9f, and furthermore, if the raceway material 28a, 28b, 9, etc. are damaged. In this case, the track material can be replaced by removing the connector 10, and repair work can also be facilitated.

Work time can be significantly reduced.

The basic construction method of the present invention can also be applied to creating a driving path on a golf course under construction, that is, a course without grass. A shallow part of the ground corresponding to the width of the running vehicle is excavated, and the course is then compacted, the sleepers and track materials are laid, the sleepers and track materials are connected, and the soil is backfilled. At the time of turfing, it is sufficient to turf this part of the running path as well. In this case, the same effects as those of the above embodiments can be obtained except for the above-mentioned lawn removal work.

As described above, according to the track block structure for lawn vehicles according to the present invention, between adjacent sleepers,
A plurality of track members each having a large number of protrusions on the upper surface thereof are constructed so that the upper ends of the protrusions protrude from the grass ground surface, and the heights of the plurality of protrusions are placed on the track members in a plane perpendicular to the running direction. The height of the projections is increased from the center toward both the left and right sides, and between adjacent projections in the row of projections in the vehicle width direction of the traveling vehicle, there is provided a wall member of approximately the same height as the height of the projections. Since it is provided integrally with the protrusion, it is possible to prevent the wheels from coming off on horizontally sloped or curved sections of the running path, and it is also possible to prevent the soil on the track material from being washed away by running water on the lawn surface. This has the effect of reliably growing the lawn and preventing deterioration of the landscape of the lawn.
